Same job, different internal design
NUKR and KRV are both stud-type track rollers with thick outer rings for direct track contact. Buyers often see matching outside diameters and thread sizes. Interchange still depends on internal design, seals, grease life and permissible outer-ring load.
What usually matches first
- Outside diameter D and outer-ring width C
- Stud diameter and metric thread (for example M16×1.5 on 35 mm class)
- Overall length B and hex / lubrication details
What to verify before replacement
- Caged versus full-complement needle / roller design
- PP sealed, open or special grease execution
- Cylindrical or crowned outer profile
- Speed, shock and track hardness
- Nut supply and locking method
When to send a drawing
If the old marking is worn, or the machine uses an eccentric collar, smooth stud or special outer profile, send photos and a controlled drawing. Do not assume NUKR35 and KRV35-PP are drop-in equivalents without checking the suffix and application duty.
